Acute / Urgent Care (Minor Conditions) $25 (15 min visit)
- Cold, flu, COVID-19, sinus infections, bronchitis
- Ear infections, eye infections (conjunctivitis)
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Skin rashes, insect bites, mild allergic reactions
- GI issues: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, acid reflux
- Headaches, migraines (non-emergent)
- Screening for STIs
- Preventive cancer screenings (PSA, colon screening kits, Pap coordination)
Routine Primary Care
Regular check-ups and health maintenance without leaving your home
Primary & Preventive Care Initial appointment only $45 (30 min. visit) all others $35
- New patient intake, history, and establishing care
- Routine follow-up visits (chronic conditions, lab review, medication refills)
- Preventive counseling (diet, exercise, smoking cessation, weight management)
- Care coordination & referral management
Medication Management $25 (15 min visit)
- Prescription refills (BP meds, diabetes meds, thyroid meds, asthma inhalers, etc.)
- Adjusting dosages based on labs and symptoms
- Medication reconciliation (for patients seeing multiple providers)
Women’s & Men’s Health
$35 for initial start-up treatment (20 min. visit) follow-up $25 visit
- Birth control counseling & prescriptions (pills, patches, rings)
- Menstrual health and menopause management
- Erectile dysfunction evaluation & treatment
- STI screening will also treat for known exposure (with lab orders), counseling, and treatment $35 (20 min visit)

Please note that a non-refundable flat fee of $25 will be collected prior to your appointment to secure your booking. If the total cost of your appointment exceeds $25, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance, which will be due after your appointment is completed.
